Career Opportunities with TR Talkers Speech & Language Therapy Services
At TR Talkers, speech therapists are valued, supported, and connected. Our contract agreements are always designed with your well-being and professional growth in mind.
Founded by speech-language pathologist Taylor Crumpton, TR Talkers was built to create a better experience for clinicians— one grounded in respect, transparency, and genuine support. Let’s work together and raise the standard for school-based contracting!
Hey, SLPs! I’m Taylor, the owner of TR Talkers.
As a practicing school-based speech therapist myself, I continue to work directly with students while mentoring a growing network of contract SLPs. I’m the one who writes and negotiates every school contract, and I would love to help you create your dream SLP position, caseload, and schedule in the school setting!
I bring deep knowledge of eligibility, compliance, and day-to-day school operations to my work at TR Talkers— and I’m always available when questions or challenges arise. My leadership style is hands-on and collaborative, ensuring that you always feel heard, supported, and set up for success.
Unlike many school-based SLP positions, when you join our team, you won’t feel like you’re on an island all alone. You’ll feel seen, valued, and empowered every step of the way with accessible support, monthly calls, and virtual happy hours.
Say goodbye to burnout, and hello to a sustainable school-based SLP career that you love!
